Before buying the ticket for the transfer fee and selling your ticket, please check and see if your transfer is allowed. We are doing this to make sure our socials and workshops are balanced. Thank you for your understanding.
Ticket Return Policy
Tickets are not refundable, but are transferable. Once a ticket is purchased, there are 2 ways to transfer the passes.
Option 1: Transfer your pass to another person.

First make sure that the the role of the ticket you purchased can be transferred to the role of the person you are selling your pass to.

Purchase a "Transfer Pass" and fill out the necessary information on the ticket. Once this is done, please give us a few days to process the transfer.
Option 2: Transfer your pass to next year.

The ticket can only be transferred to the next year once.

The ticket cannot be transferred to another person the following year. Once the ticket is transferred to the next year, only the original purchaser can use the ticket.
